Contest Timing.
Essex Indoor Golf Center’s Social Media Campaign (“Social Media Campaign” or “Contest”) begins on March 7, 2022 and ends upon the discretion and announcement by Essex Indoor Golf Center (“EIGC”), the “Contest Period.”
Eligibility.
The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Employees, directors and officers, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses), and their respective household members, of Essex Indoor Golf Center, LLC its affiliates, subsidiaries, and divisions are not eligible to enter. The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
How to enter.
Essex Indoor Golf Center is looking for your videos and pictures to use on EIGC’s social media pages. Upload a video or picture of you and your friends visiting EIGC to social media (Facebook or Instagram (@essexindoorgolfcenter)) and tag us in them. Each upload shall be considered an “Entry” the individual uploading the image shall be considered an “Entrant”. All videos and images must be uploaded during the Contest Period.
Entrants are permitted to submit more than one Entry.
Entry Guidelines and Required Information.
Entries shall not contain derogatory, abusive, obscene, or any other content deemed to be inappropriate by EIGC, in EIGC’ sole discretion. You represent and warrant that you have permission to upload any content that you submit, including permission from any other individuals appearing in the video or the image and that you are the original owner of such video and or image.
Entrants will retain copyright in their Entries, but each Entrant grants to EIGC a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, assignable, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works, transmit or disseminate the Entry in all media or platforms whether now known or hereafter invented. Sponsor and its designees shall have the perpetual, worldwide right to publish and use the Entries in any way, and in any media for trade, advertising, promotional, and/or other purposes as Sponsor and/or its designees may determine without further consideration to Entrant or any third party.
Determination of Winner(s):
For each image or video that EIGC uses on its social media platforms, the Entrant shall receive one voucher redeemable for a free drink at EIGC. Use of a video or image by EIGC belonging to an Entrant shall make Entrant a Finalist for the month in which the video or image was used by EIGC.
At the end of the month each Finalist will be entered into a random drawing and 1 winner will be chosen to receive a free one-hour session on the simulator at EIGC; each a “Winner”.
All Finalists and Winners are subject to legal verification, including verification of age.
Prize(s).
Each Finalist shall receive one voucher redeemable for a free drink at EIGC.
The Winner will receive a one-hour session on the simulator at EIGC, with a total approximate value of $45.00.
Winners. Winners agree to the release of their name and or likeness for advertising purposes.
Limitation of Liability.
ENTRANT HEREBY AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS EIGC AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, FROM ANY CLAIMS, OR ACTIONS, RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST
EIGC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Contest at any time without notice CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR ANY ONLINE SERVICE RELATED TO THIS CONTEST OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, EIGC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. EIGC’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. EIGC reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate the rules or interfere with this Contest in any manner. Use of automated entry devices or programs is prohibited.
Alternate Entry.
An individual may mail a self-addressed envelope to Sponsor containing their name and contact information in order to be considered a valid Entry. This entry method is limited to one per person.
Privacy.
Personally identifiable information that is submitted by Entrants as part of this Contest will be used to administer the Contest and will be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed without authorization or through legal means such as a valid warrant or subpoena.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, G+, (“Social Media Platform”), or any of the prize providers identified above, and the Sponsor fully releases any and all Social Media Platforms and any and all prize providers from potential liability related to this promotion.
